JJs Accessories and Gifts
Processing and shipping times vary on every order. JJs Accessories and Gifts is not liable for shipping times. JJs Accessories and Gifts is not responsible for lost orders. JJs Accessories and Gifts will help with any issues or problems but ultimately, will not be held accountable. JJs Accessories and Gifts Shipping Policy is here to make you aware of all possible situations we may encounter and appropriate responses.
Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number. Thank you for your patience.
Shipping times are normally 1-2 weeks. In some cases it is possible orders to be delayed up to 30 days. These situations are out of JJs Accessories and Gifts control. Please send us an email if it is taking too long. Shipping delays are possible.
Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For the most accurate shipping rate include your shipping address at check out.
Local delivery
We do not offer local delivery.
In-store pickup
We do not offer in-store pick up.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 5-7 days for the tracking information to become available. We are not responsible for shipping delays.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jjsaccessoriesandgifts@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If you have not received your tracking number please email us after 7 days of placing your order please contact us to have an update.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
In order to have items shipped to different address you need to place multiple orders. Every order can only be shipped to one address.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes. If you have any special shipping requirements please include them in the notes at check out or send us a email.
Wrong Shipping Address
If you have made a mistake on your shipping address please email us as soon as possible. JJs Accessories and Gifts is not responsible if the additional cost if applicable. If the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
Unclaimed Orders
If your order was shipped to you and you don't claim it, It will be shipped back to the sender. JJs Accessories is not responsible for unclaimed orders. You will be responsible for having your order shipped again. Having your order shipped again will be an additional cost.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If there is an issue or damages to your order please contact us.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jjsaccessoriesandgifts@yahoo.com with your order number and multiple photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
